Minimal Standard Terminology for Digestive Endoscopy
The Minimal Standard Terminology for Digestive Endoscopy is the official vocabulary proposed by the World Organisation for Digestive Endoscopy (OMED), for standardisation of endoscopic records and software applications.

As standardized medical reports are or are now becoming mandatory in most national health systems, accordingly standardized endoscopic data and reports are necessary to be properly paid. Therefore every practitioner needs to become familiar to them and trainees have to integrate standard terminology in their programme of training.

The book contains the terms with their appropriate definitions and the CD-ROM links these terms by the interactive NORMEDIA® software with high quality images selected by the international experts of the OMED committee. The CD-ROM also contains the tables of terms in 10 languages.

New co-publication with Charles University in Prague - The Karolinum Press
The scope of this treatise is the illustrated differential diagnosis of endoscopic findings - not that of gastrointestinal diseases. It presents pictures of conditions with similar appearances and points out distinguishing endoscopic features. Although the contents are limited to four main topics, there are 221 full-color pictures documenting the various aspects of inflammations, ulcers and tumors which cover the majority of cases found in endoscopic practice.
